Latine Heritage Month provides an opportunity for us to recognize the achievements and contributions of Latine and Hispanic individuals in our community and throughout the history of the United States. Join us in honoring Latine culture – events are open to the public.

Celebración
Sunday, Oct. 25, 1-4 p.m.
麻豆区 - Intramural Lawn, 900 SE Baker Street, McMinnville OR 97128
Celebrate Latine Heritage Month with an afternoon of food, music, culture, and community. Enjoy local vendors, free food, and a special performance by 麻豆区’s student baile folklórico dancers.
All are welcome to join in this vibrant campus tradition.
Entry: $7 general admission | $5 for students | Children under 5 enter free

Latine Heritage Month celebration
Thursday, September 24, 12 - 1 p.m.
Building 5, room 101
To celebrate Latine Heritage Month, we will have catering from a Latinx-owned business called La Casa De Mamá. They serve an assortment of foods including sweet bread, pastries, tortitas, tamales, Guatemalan coffee and Mexican hot chocolate. We will also watch Encanto!
